Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering on (“Website”).

If your product is damaged during transportation, we can help you.


If your product is damaged during transportation you can notify us within 5 days of the receipt of the damaged product through email with the photograph of the damaged consignment, and you can return the damaged item within a month (30 calendar days) from the date you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

To be eligible for return the item should be unused and be in the same condition you received it, as per the photograph.

The proof of purchase for the item being refunded must also be provided within the aforesaid timelines .


On receiving the returned damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you on the receipt and status of your refund.

After the return has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


The shipping cost will be borne by you for returning the purchased item. Cost of shipping is non-refundable. In other words, the amount refunded to you will not include the amount spent by ARK on shipping the product.
